  3LPE coating seamless steel pipe, also known as three-layer polyethylene anti-corrosion steel pipe,consists of a three layer structure:the bottom layer is fused epoxy resin powder,the middle layer is hot melt adhesive,and the outermost layer is high-density polyethylene.This structure enables 3LPE steel pipe to have excellent corrosion resistance and temperature resistance.

 

Structure composition of 3LPE coating

  The 3LPE coating consists of three layers: bottom layer epoxy powder (FBE), middle layer adhesive (AD), and top layer polyethylene (PE). The bottom FBE is in direct contact with the surface of the steel pipe and has good adhesion and corrosion resistance; The intermediate layer adhesive (AD) enhances the bonding strength between the FBE layer and the PE layer; Top layer PE has excellent chemical corrosion resistance and mechanical damage resistance, providing long-term protection for pipelines. ‌
