Surface treatment of FBE coating steel pipe

A Base course treatment. The oil stain on the pipe surface shall be removed by using organic solvent. In order to eliminate oil, water and moisture, the steel pipe is transmitted to the medium frequency heating device through the conveyor belt. Preheating temperature is about 60℃.

B Rust-removing by abrasive cleaning. We operate machine to blast sanding on the steel pipe at high speed to clean the rust layer and surface dust.

C Inspection. After cleaning rust, the steel pipe with defects shall be repaired or removed, and then the rusting grade shall be evaluated.

D Application of FBE coating. FBE powder is fully fluidized, then we make the power particles negatively charged the electrostatic spray gun, apply it on the pipe surface uniformly and solidify it. The thickness of the coating is adjusted by the amount of power and the coating speed.
