Products Description
3LPE (Three-Layer Polyethylene) coating seamless steel pipe is a high-performance anti-corrosion pipeline. The 3LPE coating is composed of three functional layers: inner layer epoxy powder, middle layer adhesive, and outer layer polyethylene. They interact to form a comprehensive protective barrier. The 3LPE coating effectively resists corrosion from water, oxygen, and chemical media, which enables seamless steel pipes to stably transport fluids in harsh environments such as underground, underwater, and corrosive environments, etc.
Our 3LPE coating seamless steel pipes cover a wide dimensional range, from 2" to 40" (60.3mm to 1016mm), supporting various wall thicknesses (SCH10 to SCH160), offering excellent corrosion protection for submerged pipeline in ground.
