Manufacture process

 

ASTM A500 structural pipe is a welded pipe size pipe made of flat steel, formed by a roller system, and welded using resistance welding. The longitudinal butt joint of the welded pipe shall be welded over its entire thickness to ensure the structural design strength of the pipe section. Welded structural steel pipes are usually installed without removing internal flash.

5. Cost-effectiveness: Due to its high strength ratio, especially in A1085, it is cost-competitive with other structural materials. Through improved connection and fastening methods, it usually has a cost advantage.

 

6. Resistance: It is fire resistant and will not warp, twist, split, expand or shrink.

 

7. Consistency: It resists dry rot and mold.
