Product Introduction
27SiMn steel contain multiple chemical elements, such as carbon (0.24% - 0.32%), silicon (1.1% - 1.4%), and manganese (1.1% - 1.4%). The reasonable proportion of chemical composition enables 27SiMn seamless steel pipes to have excellent hardenability and processability. 27SiMn seamless steel pipe is made by hot rolled process. After quenching at 930℃ and tempering at 480℃, its tensile strength can reach 980MPa, and the yield strength can reach 835MPa. So it is specially suitable for hydraulic support pipes, oil drilling components, and ship hydraulic cylinders, etc.
