Standard: ASTM A333 seamless and welded steel pipe for low temperature

                 JIS G3460 steel pipes for low temperature service

Pipe grade: ASTM A333 Gr.6, JIS G3460 STPL450

Size range: 1/2” to 36”

Wall thickness: sch10, sch20, sch30, schstd, sch40, sch60, schxs, sch80, sch100, sch120, sch140, sch160, schxxs

Length: single random, double random, specified length, custom size between 5.8 meters length and 12.5meters

Type: seamless/ERW/welded

Ends protection: Plastic caps, metal protectors.

Coating: black painting, anti-corrosion oil, galvanized finish, finish as per clients’ requirements

Packing: below 6" in bundles and above 6" in loose then loaded into containers. 6" and above ends wound cotton rope.

Applications: oil refineries, petrochemicals, power generation (Nuclear/Thermal), steel, sugar, boiler equipment, pressure vessels and general engineering purposes.

Additional product marking

In addition to the marking prescribed in Specification A530/A530M, the marking shall include whether hot finished, cold drawn, seamless or welded, the schedule number and the letters “LT” followed by the temperature at which the impact tests were made. When the size of the finished pipes is insufficient to obtain sub size impact specimens, the marking shall not include the letters LT followed by an indicated test temperature. Moreover, if the pipe is furnished in the quenched and tempered condition, the marking will stamp the letters”QT”.
