Electric resistance welded tube Gr.A and Gr.B

ERW is one of the most common methods of producing welded tubes. It involves passing a strip of metal through a series of rollers, forming it into a cylindrical shape, and then fusing the edges together with an electrical current. The weld seam of electric resistance welded pipe in Gr.B shall be heat treated after welding to a minimum of 450℃.they are also extremely durable and strong. (2) 8" and more: Each pipe had 2PCS of cotton ropes wrapped around at pipe ends for protection.

(3) All pipes both ends are capped by plastic cap or end protectors.

(4) Other packing ways can be arranged as per customers' request.

Our service

Before the steel pipes are shipped, we will test the steel pipes, including measuring the outer diameter, wall thickness, length, zinc layer thickness, etc. After testing, steel pipes will be usually packed by bulk, wooden cases or non-woven bags, attaching plastic pipe caps or metal protectors to the ends of steel pipes, and wrapping cotton rope. Finally, the steel pipe is delivered to the designated location by container ship, bulk carrier.

All products will be carefully inspected before shipment, and clients could send a customer representative or the third party to check the quality before delivery.
