Compared with standard duplex stainless steel(S31803, S32205, etc,), S32750 steel grades contain higher chromium, nickel, and molybdenum elements. Super duplex stainless steel mainly include 25% chromium, 4% molybdenum, and 7% nickel, while incorporating a small amount of nitrogen elements, which ensures that the materials maintain good corrosion resistance while also giving it with ultra-high strength and toughness. The structure of super duplex stainless steel consists of austenitic steel and ferritic steel, this unique structure are not only enhances stress corrosion cracking resistance of steel pipes, but also significantly improves its stability in high-pressure and high-temperature environments.

In additions, super duplex stainless steel pipes exhibit excellent physical properties, with high thermal conductivity and low coefficient of thermal expansion, which enables them to maintain excellent thermal stability in working environments with temperature fluctuations.
