Description
Manufacturing process of EN10296 welded stainless circular steel tubes
Tubes shall be produced from hot or cold rolled strip, plate or sheet, longitudinally welded across the abutting edges, by a continuous automatic process with or without the addition of filler metal.

Unit length
Tubes in this specification shall be supplied in a standard length of 6000 mm, if you require the tubes in random length or fixed length, the length range and exact length shall be presented in the contract.

Surface quality
1. Cold drawn or hot rolled steel tubes shall be free of scale and suitable for inspection. A slight amount of oxidation is not considered scale.
2. Any special finish requirement shall be subject to agreement between the supplier and the purchaser.
3. Tubes shall be delivered with square cut ends. The ends are free of excessive burrs.
4. The tubes are wound with cotton rope at both ends and packed in the wooden cases The case is most suitable for hanging by forklift.
5. Each tube shall be subjected to the hydrostatic test, or, instead of this test, a nondestructive electric test may be used when specified by the client.
