Introduction
JIS G3464 standard belong to Japanese standard, which is generally suitable for the steel tubes of 15.9mm-50.8mm in outer diameter. The steel grades of JIS G3464 steel tubes are divided into three grades: Carbon steel: STBL380; Nickel steel: STBL450, STBL690. The steel grade STBL380 can be manufactured through seamless process or electric resistance welded process. The another two steel grades is only manufactured through seamless process.
For delivery condition, each steel grades is heat treatment. As a steel pipe for low temperature service, JIS G3464 steel heat exchanger tube has high strength and good low temperature resistance. Which can be applied to various harsh environments.
