DIN17175 Seamless Steel Pipe For Boiler

Introduction

DIN17175 seamless steel pipes can be made of carbon steel and alloy steel materials. Carbon steel material include st35.8 and st45.8, they are equivalent to 10# and 20G material. The alloy steel material is 13CrMo44, it is equivalent to 15CrMoG of GB standard, and P12 material of ASTM A335 standard. Due to its excellent high temperature resistance, DIN17175  seamless steel pipe is commonly used to manufacture steam boiler, high temperature pipeline systems, pressure vessels, and other high temperature equipment. Which can be used for a long time at a temperature of equal or less than 600℃.

Heat treatment

DIN17175 seamless steel pipes should be heat treated to eliminate internal stress, improving the strength of the steel pipes. Carbon steel and alloy steel materials have different heat treated method. The specific heat treated method is as follows
