Steel grade 30CrMo is equivalent to steel grade 4130 of ISO standard and SCM430 of JIS standard. It is belong to Cr-Mo alloy steel. The features of 30CrMo alloy steel pipes as follows.

1. High strength and hardness: 30CrMo alloy steel pipe is made of low alloy steel, with high strength and high hardness. The tensile strength is more than 930Mpa, and the yield strength is more than 785Mpa. After undergoing heat treatment, the hardness will further increase.

2. Good toughness: 30CrMo alloy steel pipes contain low carbon content (about 0.26%-0.3%), giving steel pipes good toughness, which can effectively absorb and disperse external impact force, and not easy to deformation or damage when using in high-pressure environment.

3. High temperature resistance and corrosion resistance: As a Cr-Mo alloy steel pipes, 30CrMo alloy steel pipes contain a number of chromium and molybdenum elements. These elements can form a dense oxidation film on the surface of steel pipes, which not only improving corrosion resistance of steel pipes but also enhancing the stability in high temperature environments.
