Pipes: ASTM A106 Gr.B seamless steel pipes.
Application: Power plant
Temperature: 350℃
Welding technique: DC welding (strength is better)
First, SORF flanges are designed by our engineer in flange factory as EN1092-1/12 to guarantee that flanges’ size matches with the pipeline.
Second, flanges are welded on the ends of seamless steel pipes, elbows, tees by our professional electrowelding engineers.
Third, all welding lines are tested by SGS third party inspection.
Finally, all pipes and fittings are loaded into container.
