Processing Procedure of Welding and Galvanizing

1.Cutting length. Cut the pipes to a suitable length, for example, a 4.5 meter pipe after welding should be cut to 4.48m; and a 6 meter pipe after welding should be cut to 5.98m. In other words, cutting length is 0.02 meters shorter than the length after welding.

2.Customized flanges. Our flanges can meet the client’s requests. It should be noted that the size of the flanges should be matched with the size of the pipes, furthermore, the material of the flanges should be complied with the material of the pipes.

3.Measurement. Measure the length, thickness and roundness of the pipe; check the thickness and roundness of the flanges.

4.Welding. Weld a flange on each end of the pipe separately. Check the length after welding. After passing the inspection, the pipe shall be transported to galvanize.
