The process of hot dipped galvanized
1. Pre treatment: Acid wash steel products to remove surface iron oxide and other impurities, ensuring surface cleanliness.
2. Auxiliary plating treatment: Apply a layer of auxiliary plating agent on the clean metal surface to prevent the steel from being oxidized. After immersion in the plating solution, the plating aid will rapidly decompose, remove oxides from the surface of the base metal, and reduce the surface tension of the molten metal.
3. Hot dip plating: Immerse the processed steel product in molten zinc solution, and the zinc solution reacts with the steel surface to form an iron zinc alloy layer.
4. Post processing: After cooling, clean and process to ensure the uniformity and adhesion of the coating.
