JIS G3461 Carbon Steel Tubes For Boiler And Heat Exchanger
Tubes under the standard of JIS G3461 are used for exchanging heat on the inside and outside of the tube, such as water tubes, smoke tubes, superheater tubes, air preheater tubes, etc. Of the boiler, and heat exchanger tubes, condenser tubes, catalyzer tubes, ect. Used in chemical and petroleum industries. However, it is not applicable to the steel tubes for heating furnace and steel heat exchanger tubes for low temperature service.
Delivery conditions
The delivery conditions of grade STB340 and STB410: Hot rolled seamless steel tubes shall be delivered by hot-rolling, low temperature annealing or normalizing. Cold drawn seamless tubes shall be delivered by low temperature annealing, normalizing or full annealing. All electric resistance welded tubes not only hot finished but also cold finished shall be delivered by normalizing.
