Introduction

Heat treatment

LSAW steel pipe will be heat treated before delivery. PSL1 and PSL2 levels have different heat treated requirements. The steel grades of steel pipes show their heat treatment process through suffix letters, such as L245N and L245Q. The letter "N" represents normalizing; the letter "Q" represents quenched and tempered. Different heat treatment processes are suitable for different application needs.
