The pipes are made from killed steel using seamless manufacturing methods. Fully‑killed steel helps deliver consistent material quality and better performance for high‑pressure service conditions.

Every pipe goes through proper heat treatment. This step optimizes the metal grain structure, improving mechanical properties for reliable field operation.

Pipes come with plain ends as our standard finish, unless buyers make other requirements. If customers ask for beveled ends, we can process pipe ends into bevel finish to suit your welding needs.
1.Pre‑measurement preparation Use calibrated measuring tools. Clean dirt and burrs from pipe surface. Select several test positions along the pipe, not only near pipe ends.
2.Outer diameter measurement Place caliper perpendicular to the pipe. Take readings in two directions on each cross‑section, record values and calculate average. Measure multiple sections along pipe length.
3.Wall thickness measurement Measure wall thickness with micrometer or ultrasonic gauge. Take four‑point
readings on one cross‑section and check different positions of the pipe. Compare data with JIS G3455 tolerance.
4.Length measurement Lay the pipe flat. Measure full length with tape, double‑check to avoid reading error.
5.Pipe‑end check Inspect end cutting condition and remove burrs, confirm end finish matches order requirements.
6.Data record Compare measured data against standard tolerances and keep test records for each batch.
