Introduction of Globe Valve

Globe valve is a type of valve used for regulating flow in pipeline. It is consist of a movable valve disc and a stationary valve seat in a generally spherical body. The two halves of the body being separated by an internal baffle. It has an opening that forms a valve seat onto which a movable valve disc can be inserted into the valve seat to close the valve.

The working principle is to control the flow of fluid by the movement of the valve disc on the valve seat. The valve disc moves in a straight line along the centerline of the valve seat, changing the distance between the valve disc and the valve seat, thereby changing the cross-sectional area pf the flow channel, achieving the control and cut-off of flow.
