ASTM A860 butt welding fittings are high strength pipeline connectors designed for high pressure oil and gas transmission and distribution systems. Our ASTM A860 butt weld fittings are manufactured under full heat-treated condition. The maximum hardness is controlled within 22 HRC (235 HBW). Heat treatment options include normalizing, quenching and tempering or stress relieving, complying with ASTM A960/A960M requirements. Each finished fitting carries permanent marking, including manufacturer mark, specification, grade, size, schedule and heat code. We adopt wooden case or pallet packing to protect fittings during sea and land transit.
We perform hardness testing and dimensional inspection for each batch of ASTM A860 butt welding fittings. Material verification and visual surface inspection are completed before shipment.
