WL coating pipe is capable of a broad range of temperature: +110°C to -45°C(+230°F to -49°F) and is particularly resistance to low temperature.

3. Strong adhesion

Primer (liquid epoxy or fusion bond epoxy powder) and adhesive layer (modified polyethylene(PE) or polypropylene(PP)) provide a strong adhesion under wide a range of service temperatures.

4. Excellent resistance to electricity

Polyethylene(PE) or polypropylene(PP) offers excellent resistance to electricity through out its service.

5. Excellent cathodic disbonding

WL coating pipe shows superior resistance to cathodic disbond compared with other coating methods.

6. Free from pinhole

As Polyethylene(PE) or polypropylene(PP) film (layer) is made by the hot extrusion method, it is homogeneous and free from pinholes.

7. Excellent impact resistance

As Polyethylene(PE) or polypropylene(PP) is applied the outer layer, WL coating pipe has excellent impact resistance and it provides difficulty for damage in handling operation (storage, transportation, laying).

8. Excellent bendability

It is possible to bend up to 3°/P.D. by a cold bending machine.

9. Easy repair

Surface defects which may occur during transportation, storage and laying of the pipes can be easilt repaired.

10. Internal coating

Epoxy resin lining pipe has excellent corrosion resistance and reduces the friction resistance the fluid and the pipe.
