SQUARE HOLLOW SECTION

The method of making square hollow section is the same as that of pipe. During the manufacturing process, the shape of the flat steel plate gradually changes to a circle, where the edges are ready to be welded. The edges are then welded together to form the mother pipe. During the manufacturing process, the mother tube passes through a series of forming frames, which form the round hollow section (parent tube) into the final square or rectangle. Most American manufacturers follow ASTM A500 or the newly adopted ASTM A1085 standard, while Canadian manufacturers follow ASTM A500 and CSA G40.21. European hollow profiles generally comply with EN 10210 standards.

Cut length:

Cutting to a certain length means that it can be assembled. It saves waste, transportation costs, time and on-site resources. Our advanced cutting equipment is fast and precise-straight or angled.

Separate off-line cutting with a tolerance of ±1 mm and an angle tolerance of ±1 degree (other tolerances can also be used). The length of the piece can be from 20 mm to 9000 mm.
