Process
l Heated to not less than 1500℉(845℃)uniformly→Hot Treating→Air cooling or cooling in the cooling chamber of the controlled atmosphere furnace.
l Reheat and control the operating temperature of hot treating in the range of 1550℉(845℃) to 1750℉(945℃)→Cooling in a controlled atmosphere furnace with an initial temperature of not less than 1550℉(845℃).
l Heat a temperature of not less than 1500℉(845℃) uniformly→Quench in the liquid→Reheat to appropriate temper temperature.
