Our company can supply galvanized steel pipe with different size and different zinc layer thickness. After production, we will use inspection equipment to check the zinc layer of inside and outside. The following pictures are different size galvanized steel pipes.

Measure after galvanizing

Measuring zinc layer thickness is necessary process before shipment. According to customers' requirement and application, different galvanized steel pipe will be provided to customers. 

Attentions for Transportation & Storage

1. Collision to be avoid between pipes during transport

2. The pipe should be waterproof, moisture-proof during transport

3. Pipes are usually transported with open wagons Package or coverage is recommended during transport to prevent rain and snow intrusion.

4. Products should be stacked in warehouses of stations or docks when transiting terminals. When stacked in open warehouses, pipes should be covered with waterproof cloth with pads below good.

2.How can we request samples? 

The samples are free but freight should be collected. Please send sample list and courier account number by email.

3. MOQ?

For trial order,you can order even 1pc or 2pcs to test our quality.

From future orders, MOQ is 10 tons.

4.Delivery time?

Stock pipe: in 7~10 days.No stock pipes: depending on the quantity in 30 days.

5.Payment terms?

FOB&FCA: 30% deposit by TT before production and 70% balance by T/T before shipment.

CFR&CIF: 50% deposit by TT before production, the balance by T/T before shipment or against copy of B/L; the other is Irrevocable L/C 100% at sight.

6.Surface coating?

Anti-rusted painting, varnish painting, galvanized, 3LPE, 3PP,Zinc oxide yellow primer,Zinc phosphate primer and as per customers' request.

7.Packing?

For pipes: In bundles or in loose, plastic pipe cap or pipe end protector, woven bags or as per customers' request.

For pipe fittings: plastic film for each piece, all pipe fittings in wooden cases or wooden pallets.

8.Shipment terms?

Container vessel, bulk cargo ship, train, land transportation.
